Terms of Service

Welcome to the Summer Spray Maintenance ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions

("Terms") govern your enrollment in our subscription irrigation maintenance plan (the "Plan") and

related services (the "Services").

By subscribing to the Advance Growth Plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree,

please do not enroll.

1. Services Offered

The Bloom Growth Plan includes:

- 6 Scheduled Visits per Year (every 2 months)

- Everything in Bloom Service Plan, plus:

- Unlimited minor repairs

- Leak detection & water usage report

- Free winterization service

- 20% discount on major repairs or upgrades

- Emergency service access (within 24 hours)

Major repairs, part replacements, and system upgrades are not included and will be quoted separately

with customer approval.

2. Subscription & Billing

- The Advance Growth Plan costs $75 per month, billed automatically on the same date each month.

- Subscriptions continue until canceled by the customer.

- Customers may cancel at any time with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

- Late payments may result in service delays or suspension of benefits.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

- 6 Annual visits will be scheduled in advance and confirmed with the customer.

- Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed or

late-canceled appointments may incur a service fee.

- Customers must ensure safe access to the irrigation system on scheduled service dates.

4. Property Access & Liability

By enrolling, you grant us permission to access your property and irrigation system as needed to

perform services.

We are not responsible for:

- Damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground utilities

- Pre-existing system issues or improper installation by others

- Landscaping disturbances necessary to complete the service

- Issues caused by weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control

5. Warranty

We offer limited warranties on certain repairs made under the Plan. Warranty details will be provided in

writing when applicable.

Warranties do not cover:

- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

- Natural disasters or extreme weather

- System issues not caused by our work

6. Privacy

We collect necessary customer information (name, address, phone, email) only to provide services and

communicate with you. We do not sell or share your information, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the total subscription payments

made by the customer under the Adance Growth Plan. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or

consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes must be resolved in the

courts located in the customer’s local county.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued participation in the Advance Growth Plan constitutes

acceptance of any revised Terms.
